Which pads are best for heavy flow?
Hello!
I would like to know which reusable cloth pads would you recommend for heavy flow menstruation. Since I gave birth 5 years ago I got this problem with my menstrual bleeding, 2 days out of 5 I have such a heavy flow that I am even afraid to go out, because I always end up getting my clothes stained, even if Im wearing pads that are made for nighttime, and at times a tampon too.
I wanna switch to reusable pads, and I want them to be made from organic materials, too. But I am not sure if they will be as good as the normal ones (and those aren’t that good either, for me). I read your reviews but I am puzzled.

There are so many wonderful cloth pad makers out there. Check Etsy shops. All of the materials should be posted in each listing.

You can also find some cloth pad groups on FB for support. Normally those are really helpful in narrowing down the type of pad you want. A lot of the shop owners are also in those groups to offer their services. Some will do custom work that is tailored to what you want and need.
I’m sorry I couldn’t be more helpful. I haven’t tested many of the cloth pads that are on the market.
