What if I do not have access to running water or I am in a non-private setting, how should I clean the menstrual cup?
If you are in a place where your menstrual cup needs to be emptied, and there is no running water or it is not a private setting- you can just use toilet paper or a wipe to clean it as well as you can. Then when you have a private access to running water you can clean it with soap and water as normal.
