Touching the cervix when inserting
Is it normal that when inserting the cup it kinda touches your cervix? (For low cervix) Does it have negative or bad effect in long term?

I can’t say that there is no negative long-term effect. You should ask a doctor if you have a concern about it. But you can bruise the cervix from your cup continuously snapping against it. It would be painful and uncomfortable and can cause cramping.
On a side note, if you’re worried about it, you can slide a finger in along with the cup and block the rim from opening against the cervix.
Good Luck! <3
