Tilt cervix
Hi there!
Many people with a tilted cervix find that short or bell shaped cups feel more comfortable for them. However, I would still try to locate and measure your cervix just to double check how low or high it is.
Here’s a video on some other factors that might help narrow down what cup might suit you and your needs.
When you locate your cervix, keep the position in mind when inserting your cup.
