Hi, i’m 15 and have been using menstrual cup (jadole natural brand) for two cycles now. everything is fine with my menstrual cup experience, however, the stem feels like its stabbing on my vagina wall. at first i thought its probably the stem’s edges resulted from me trimming it. and now i dont know what to do. is there anything you could help me with, or should i just buy a new menstrual cup with ball stem ?

If you are able to reach the base of the cup without the stem, you can trim the stem down as far as possible (without damage). The stem isn’t necessary as long as you can reach the base during removal.
If you can still feel the base of the cup and are comfortable removing it without a stem, you can try turning the cup inside out. It will smooth out the base and should be more comfortable while wearing.
If both of these fail, I would suggest looking into a shorter cup.
I have both versions of the Jadole Cups (under different names).
If you have any of the colored cups, check out the Sensitive Lena Cup. It’s the same shape but not quite as soft. Both sizes are slightly shorter than the Jadole colored Cups.
If you have the clear Jadole Cups, the MeLuna Shorty Versions might be a good option.
Good Luck! <3
