Size of menstrual cup
I am under 25 yrs..and I have had a vaginal birth.which size menstrual cup should I buy
Hi There!
Even though a lot of menstrual cup companies have guidelines to follow, you want to find a cup that will most likely feel more comfortable or easier to reach when you need to remove it. You will probably want to find a cup with the capacity that you need, as well.
On the “How to Choose a Menstrual Cup” page, there are some other factors that may help you narrow down a selection even more.
Checking the location and height of your cervix at the start of your period and then again during the middle or end, will help narrow down a shape or size.
Checking at the two different times will give you an idea if your cervix moves enough to warrant the need for two different sizes. Some individuals are comfortable with one size throughout their period. Others may experience a height change where a shorter cup might be more comfortable or a longer cup might be easier to reach.

You can also enter some general answers in the Menstrual Cup Quiz
which will select a few cups that might work for you.
Let me know if you have any questions about the cups that they list and I’ll do my best to answer you.
