This is my first ever menstrual cup, used it for about a year. I am 31 yrs old (no babies so far), and I bought the L size. There have been no rashes, and it sits comfortably inside. However, I find it a bit hard and there is quite a bit of leakage – and my flow isn’t that heavy either. So I use it with a cotton lining. I’d try a smaller size if I get another one. Right now switching over to something called a SafeCup. Hope for something softer.
