I’m sorry to hear that your periods are lasting very long. I know it can be very frustrating 🙁 I too, experience long and very heavy periods sometimes.
Recently, someone suggested I look into Yarrow Tea. I found Yarrow Capsules instead since they’re easy and quick to take with my other vitamins. Another person suggested Raspberry Leaf, which can also be found in capsule form.
Read up about them and see if either might work for your situation.
Before administering either of these, I would FIRST check in with your Doctor to make sure it isn’t something more serious. You might also want to ask their opinion about these. They may have another alternative to ease your long flow.
