Finger goes high by measuring the cervix but the tip of the cup is out of the vagina and it does not go any higher. What should I do and what cup size do you suggest?

Hello There!
If your cervix is medium to high, I would first double-check that you are inserting the cup correctly. Unlike a tampon that can be inserted almost any which way, a menstrual cup should be inserted down and back towards the tailbone. Our cervix isn’t typically located straight so inserting a cup in that manner may be the cause of your issue.
How to Insert & Remove a Menstrual Cup
If this is not your situation, you may want to try a cup that’s slightly shorter than your current one. If you would like to share which cup you’re using, I might be able to help narrow down a couple of cups to look into. You can also find your cup in the “Cup Comparison Chart” on the menu above and compare it with other cups.
Good Luck <3
