Me Luna cup S (classic & sport) – Leaking
I would like to ask for helps or reccommendations from anyone who might have similar experience as mine.

Me Luna Classic S & Me Luna Sport S are both leaking after the cups are filled at half of them
***Full version***
I bought Me Luna Classic S as my first cup, for the first 4 months it was perfect! My life was much easier with it.
Then, at month 5th, it started to leak when the cup was filled around 3/4 of the cup. After that, it even leaked when the cup was filled only half. I was unsure of what happen but I noticed that when I tried to take it out, I felt the rim of the cup was a bit fold even I was super sure I inserted it properly. My conclusion was perhap my vaginal was getting stronger, so I decided to find a stronger cup. Which is why I bought Me Luna Sport S, but the same thing happens on and on.
So I would like to ask what should I do? Should I change to bigger size or try other shapes?

Our cervix moves throughout our cycle. It’s at its highest position at the peak of ovulation and then moves lower right before we start our period. Around the middle to the end of our period, it starts to move back up to start the cycle again. Our bodies are always changing which can also be a factor of why it happened one month but not the next.
With shorter and/or narrow cups, if the cervix dips into it, it can displace the capacity. The same if you fill a drinking glass all the way to the top and then dip a finger in. The water is pushed to overflow.
One of the common signs that this could be happening is that the cup leaks (not just spotting) but the cup is only half full when removed.
If this is the case, you might want to try a larger cup with more capacity. Either the medium MeLuna or another brand like the small Venus Cup, LaliCup, MyCup (firmest of all cups listed here), or Saalt Cup. All of these cups have a slightly rounded body or base which will give you more capacity. However, they are all a bit longer than the small MeLuna.
If you that they might be too long and you need a cup that is as short as the small MeLuna, you might be interested in something like the Lena or Fleur Cup. Although these are longer than the small MeLuna at first glance, these bell-shaped cups with a flared rim tend to ride up and sit higher around the cervix. The rounded base/body will still give you some capacity back even if the cervix sits inside of the cup.
If you’re just noticing some spotting and not actually overflowing the cup (like you don’t have a cup in), I would suggest wiping the stem and grip rings with a wet wipe or cloth to remove any excess blood that might be making its way onto your underwear.
