Leaking after a few hours
Hi, thankyou so much for the advice. I now seem to have a new problem. After I insert the cup and made sure that it has opened up, I go on about my day and there’s no leakage for a couple of hours. But after 7 hours, it starts to leak and thus I have to empty it out even though the blood collected is very little. I don’t understand why it leaks after a couple of hours. I’m confused as to what’s causing this, please help me out. (Peesafe extra small)

Commonly, people who experience leaks but find that a cup is only 1/2 full are using a cup that is too small or too short.
-If you have a low cervix, your cervix can be sitting deep into the cup taking up space in the already low capacity cup (you mentioned that you are using an extra small).
-If you have a high cervix, the small cup can be riding up higher around your cervix, ALSO allowing it to sit deep into the cup and take up space.
I would suggest locating your cervix and seeing if there is a better cup option for you, either a longer cup or one with a higher capacity.
