I’ve just recently learned about menstrual cups and I’m not sure how to pick the right one for me to try, I’m 28 and a mother of two but I have light sometimes very light periods and they are unpredictable could you give me some recommendations?

Congrats on making the change to a Menstrual Cup!….or at least the willingness to try them 🙂

The first thing you’ll want to do is check your cervical position if possible.

Once you know those few things and if you can possibly find your cervix, I can suggest some cups that might work for you 😀
