Is it normal to feel pain when I insert/remove my menstrual cup?
It hurts when I insert/remove the cup. Once it’s positioned well inside my virgina it doesn’t hurt until I try to remove it. Also, I can’t easily remove the cup because if I want to push and grab the cup it hurts and air does not flow so the cup tends to remain in its sticked position. What can I do to reduce the pain? I’m using lubricant to insert(It’s much better than not using it but it still hurts). Is it normal to feel pain using menstrual cup?

I’ve encountered exactly the same situation as you. I’m still trying to figure out how to make it less painful during inserting/removing. I bought the cup for quite some time already, but due to the painful it caused during insertion, I gave up eventually until recently I tried with lub. I still feel the pain, but managed to insert it for the first time, feel the pain again when removing. Am still looking for solution.
