Inserting issue
I am a virgin and I use medium sized wow freedom menstrual cup .. I have trouble inserting cup .. I never tried it on my period but before my period days when I try I don’t get it inserted properly. When I am using punch down fold the base of the cup ,till that point it get inserted but the top part doesn’t get in ..only down part get in till base .. it doesn’t enter after that .. am I doing something wrong .

The Wow Freedom Cup is a pretty soft cup to start with. I’ve heard of many people having problems getting this cup and cups like it, to open for them whether they’re an experienced cup user or not.
Our cervix moves during our cycle. When we’re ovulating it’s at it’s highest point. When are period starts, it travels to it’s lowest point. During the middle and end of our period, it starts to move back up again.
Since the cup doesn’t seem to “fit” you all the way while you’re not on your period, I would guess that you have a medium to low cervix and would probably feel more comfortable with a shorter cup or a cup that’s bell-shaped.
You can check the location of your cervix if you’d like just to be sure. This will help ou determine which size or which shape cups to look for.
