I have a light flow and have no children which cup size is best?
If you have a light flow, a small sized menstrual cup with a lighter holding capacity and smaller design features would work best for you (especially since you have had no vaginal births.) However, if you are in the 30-35 range you may find a medium/large cup will still serve your light flow and offer you a better fit.
