I can’t accept the results

I tried to use Lunette 1 before but even after trying all folds and methods I still can’t insert it fully inside. Half of the cup is still protruding and is seriously uncomfortable. I expected to get a result of a 44cm cup but I get 47cm instead. I have a low cervix and it’s really hard to put a cup inside.
