I can still feel the cup inside me and it wont go up any further. What should I do?
Hi! I am 25 years old and I have had one C section birth. I have tried the Diva size 2 and Lunette size 1. Both did not fit the stem is still hanging from my vaginal opening. When I can push it far enough using the V fold or C fold with my leg on the tub, I can still feel the cup inside me. What am I doing wrong? I just feel I am very narrow?

Have you tried trimming the stems at all?
Here’s a video all about the stems, the seal, and trimming. You can skip over the types of stems, but start at around time stamp 4:35 for info about the seal of the cup and then trimming.
If you still find that the cup feels too long, you might have a lower cervix and need a shorter cup or a bell shaped cup which are normally more comfortable for someone with a low cervix.
