I am 19 years old and sexually active. I have a high cervix. Which size of menstrual cup should i use? Small, medium or large?

Hello There!
If you have a high cervix, I would suggest a medium or large. The cup will be easier to reach when it’s time to remove it. Otherwise, a small cup can migrate higher around your cervix and may be difficult to reach. It’s better to find out that a cup is too long, but you can still reach it, then to find out it’s too short and panic because you CAN’T reach it.
