How do I know the cup I wear is too big?
Hey there! I purchased a Rubycup medium a year ago and it generally works great. I am 23 years old, haven’t been pregnant and since I have a heavy flow for the first couple of days, I chose the medium size and have to empty it about 3-4 times a day on day 2. However, I’m also very active and always leak those first few days. I’m starting to think that the medium size is too big and my pelvic muscles squish it. Is this possible? How do I know if a cup is too big? Thanks so much in advance

Hello!
Is the cup causing extra pressure to your bladder/bowel or does to feel too long?
Since I don’t know what cup you have the only thing I can suggest is to turn the cup inside out and see if it feels more comfortable. ONLY do this if you are comfortable with removing the cup without a stem. Turning it inside out will make the cup slightly more narrow, shorter, and softer. If it feels comfortable, there’s no harm in using it this way. However, if you rather move on to another cup, you have a better idea of what size/firmness might be more comfortable.
