Dropped my menstrual cup in the shower
Hi! I usually change my cups in the shower. This time I was struggling more than usual and ended up dropping the cup on the shower floor. The floor isn’t too dirty, though. It’s a hotel bathroom shower that gets cleaned daily. I really quickly picked it up, rinsed and washed it with the shower gel and then put it back in. Should I take it out now or leave it be.

Hi There!
If you’re concerned, you can pour some clean, hot water over it from the coffee pot (if you’re still at a hotel). But generally, a hot, soapy wash should be fine.
