Doesn’t open inside.
I have been using menstrual cups for more than 2 years now.Every cycle I use the cup 1 out of two days I struggle to get the cup pop open.Everytime I push it inside it gets folded as if there is something pressing it down.I have tried to rotate it,push pull method,try to seal it by letting air in.Nothing seems to be working.Please help.

All during the menstrual cycle the cervix moves and changes. It’s possible that these changes are making one of those days difficult.

Other than that, a firmer cup might be the ticket.
