Cycling with a menstrual cup
If anyone has experienced using a menstrual cup whilst cycling could you tell me if its a good idea. Was it un/comfortable, did it leak?

I’ve only done casual bike riding outside of the house, but I’m a little more aggressive on my stationary bike. So far the only complaint that I have is if I leave the stem a bit too long or the seal (the piece connecting the base of the cup and the stem) is too firm. The stem is normally an easy fix, but if it’s the seal, I switch to another cup since I really can’t do much about it.
I’ve never had any issues with leaking with any of the cups I’ve used while on the bike.
