Cup leaks on super light days
I am 36, never gave birth. I have been using the Mia large for over 10 years and I love it. I also have a Ruby medium. My cup inserts well, on heavy or medium days I have no leaks unless the cup is full.
But on super light days, when my period is ending and I have very little blood, my Cup leaks. So I get a tiny bit of blood in the cup and a tiny bit leaks to my underwear. This happens with both the Mia and the Ruby, on the super light days at the end of the period. What could be causing that? I have no leak issues on heavy or medium days,just on the very light days.

The only thing that I can think of is that since our cervix moves higher typically in the middle to the end of our period (in preparation for ovulation), the cup is sitting slightly different than when you have a normal flow (when the cervix is normally at its lowest position). If that’s the case, there might be some space that blood is slipping through, or the rim might be only partially covering your cervix.
Have you checked that the cup is positioned right below or right around the cervix when this is happening?
