Change of sanitary pads for menstrual cup
I would have to say that one of the most common fears is that a menstrual cup will get lost. In reality, there’s only one way in and one way out. The cup can not get lost. However, a cup can become out of reach if the wrong size is used. For example, if the user chooses a short/small cup when they have a high or very high cervix, the cup may move higher around the cervix and be difficult to reach. The user can squat and bear down (push) with their pelvic floor muscles to help the cup move lower, but it can be a scary experience for first-time users. Even avid users who experience this may panic – as I have 😛
Are you deciding whether or not to try a menstrual cup?
