Bleeding during dry run
I have the Lena Small Cup, when I did a dry run to try it out, my vagina started bleeding and it hurt for a few hours after. Does anyone know what the problem is? Thank you.

Sorry to hear that you’re having some trouble with your new Lena Cup.
I have to ask, are you close to having your period? I don’t want to sound rude or anything but I just want to rule out any spotting.
OR….
Did you just end your period? It could also be some residual blood that was present or “old blood” that’s still exiting your body (normally brownish).
If neither, then you might have cut yourself with a fingernail in all of the manipulation.
Was there any pain during inserting or removing?
