Anyone else find a top layer of clear fluid in their cup?
I’m a new cup user and not sure if this is normal and just the blood separating or if I should be concerned. Any insights would be really appreciated. Thank you.

It’s a common thing that happens. It doesn’t happen all the time and it doesn’t happen to everyone, but a lot of people experience this. There’s discharge and mucus that mixes in and ends up separating from the blood.
The color, amount, and/or viscosity (thickness) can be affected by several things such as exercise, medications, ovulation, menstrual cycle, infections, hormones, and an imbalance, among others things. But, a healthy sign is when the discharge is clear or white.
