11 days of bleeding and sickness and other symptoms??

Hi!
I have fairly regular periods. Always last 5/6 days. And I’m always pretty much bang on time.
This month I started bleeding a week early and I haven’t stopped.
I’ve been feeling sickness. And stabbing pains in my abdomen.
I did take a pregnancy test twice about a week ago because I just had a moment of panic and it came negative both times.
I’m concerned about it because this has never happened. And the blood is light pink, not like normal period blood.
Can anyone help?
