The Organicup is made in Denmark, and distributed to all countries across the board. It is available in a clear design, is made from medical-grade silicone, and is available in 2 sizes (A&B). The Organicup has been well-received on the market by women of all creeds, races, ages, and origins- but does it have what it takes to become your #1 menstrual cup choice?

I love it! it has revolutionised periods for me. No more pee soaked string, no more pulling out dry tampons, no more spending money, no more waste and I forget im even on my period! There is deffo a learning curve, it took around 3 months to master mine, but totally worth it! Be prepared to make a mess in the beggining, becoming more familiar and relaxed with your period and being on the look out for bathrooms with a sink in the cubicle haha. After a few months of use, I now just know when my mooncup is full, like i just can feel its about to break it’s seal and I empty it in time to avoid leakages. Honestly, I could never go back. You learn how to be patient and more connected with your body and you realise your period is not this disgusting thing that you should be ashamed of. This is the first mentrual cup i have tried and it worked perfectly and is super comfortable.

+ PROS: comfortable perfect size so much better than any other period product i have tried
    - CONS: the colour- it stains after first use, which doesn't matter as noone really sees it, but if someone does see it and they've never heard of a menstrual cup, they can be pretty disgusted. You can get rid of the stains by soaking in 6% solution of hydrogen peroxide over night (rinse well!), but they return after one period.

This is my first cup but we clicked instantly! I’m mad at myself for not trying it sooner! Love the Organicup brand and their zero waste policy as well as not adding any additional colours in the cups aaand they have free shipping. I ordered size A ( I have a medium high cervix and medium/heavy flow)

+ PROS: Opens very easy (if not I just twist the base and it opens right away) I can't feel it what's so ever Doesn't leak
    - CONS: No cons

I have been using the Organicup for a few cycles now. This was my first menstrual cup since I went off tampons. I was drawn to this brand due to the sustainability approach. While any menstrual cup is more sustainable than tampons, Organicup takes all the materials into consideration even the packaging and the organic drawstring bag.
I ordered the size small based on their recommendation since I have not had children. However, I have since realized this size is too small for me. Unfortunately, I did not do my research beforehand and now realize nt only is the size not appropriate for me, but I also have a high cervix. Therefore, I have had many issues removing the cup. It always slides up farther after I insert it and it takes quite a bit of pushing to get it out. I have had leaks, but these occurred when I could not get the cup to open up all the way once inserted. Something I had to play around with to ensure it was opening.
I am going to try the Juju cup next based on all the reviews and research I have done, this seems more suited to the high cervix. However, this was not an easy decision, because I really love everything else about the Organicup. …and if the Juju doesn’t work out, I will try the large size of the Organicup.
I highly recommend this website for all the comparisons and helpful tips and wish I found this before I bought my first cup. It is well worth doing the research ahead of time, so you understand what is best for your body.

+ PROS: Quality, sustainability, no leakage, firm, long stem for gripping
    - CONS: Not good for high cervix, size recommendations are not specific enough.

I have been using a different brand cup for the last 5 years. When I came off my contraception, my flow increased and my first cup was not able to prevent leakages. I was getting fed up and nearly went back to tampons. I did a quiz on one of the websites and one of the cups recommended was the organicup. I decided to give it a go. I’m glad I persisted. I have no more leaks as the rim is firmer than my last cup. No more problems. I find the organicup easier to clean. I find it was definitely worth the money. Arrived within a week of ordering.

+ PROS: No leaks Easy to clean Comfortable Easy to insert and remove

  5. Do not buy this!!!! I have series pee infections and stomach pains when I just tried to use it once. Doctors still not sure what I have. I regret putting this in my body because I suffer since then. I wish I didn’t try to use it at first place, and I want to warn you so won’t happen to more people…

I’ve been using menstrual cups for quite a while now but this was my first period with the Organicup and I love it! It is comfortable, doesn’t leak, easy to insert and remove and best of all, I can go 12 hours without even thinking about my period. I love how the rim is firmer than the body of the cup which helps it to pop open nicely. I just want to say for someone thinking about buying an Organicup and seeing negative reviews, a lot of them are people who purchased the cup and it ended up being too long or too wide for them, it isn’t a design flaw. Not every cup works for every person and its beneficial to do your research and know your body before buying a cup. Know your cervical height, pelvic floor strength and flow needs. Take the quiz on this site! That way you have a better chance of getting the correct cup for your anatomy. I will never go back to pads or tampons again.

+ PROS: comfort fit quality packaging firmer rim comfort

  7. Well I can’t really rate the actual product (since I haven’t received it yet). I placed my order a month ago and due to limited supplies, it only recently shipped… to the wrong address. I had noted that I would be moving and that, due to the delay, the address would need to be changed. But every time I try to contact them it says they’ll either “be back tomorrow” or “back on Monday”. I understand there’s a time difference based on the country I’m in, but some of these things are time sensitive. Now I might now even receive it. I’m sure I’ll love it once I do, but for the price and the wait and the general lack of promptness, I’m not impressed so far by everything else.

This is my second modell of cup I tried and this one really do the work!
I have used it for a couple of month and so happy that I found this one.
I’m 37 but without children and using the bigger model.
When you put it in place it will stay correct until you take it out. I feel more confident that this one work anything other femenine product I have tried.

+ PROS: Great fit Easy to use Do the work
    - CONS: Sometimes it's not pop out right away.

  9. Worst service I´ve ever had to deal with in my life. I purchased my Organicup over 2 months ago and still haven´t received it! They did some follow up at the beginning but it´s been weeks and I haven´t heard back. Seriously disappointed in them.

    • Hi Maria, I also had to wait around 2 months to get my cup. However, when I wrote to the OrganiCup’s cuatomer support they were super nice and told me to check with my postal service – my cup turned out to be in customs the whole time.

    • Hi Maria, delivery was an issue for me too, but I found out that it had to do with the postal service in my case. Their customer support is actually super nice and helped me with everything. They are a small team so perhaps it’s a busy period but i can vouch for them!

I’m really happy I found about about the cup. I got 2 for the price of 1 during earth day weekend.
In the beginning it’s hard to get the cup in and out. But once I got used to it and know which fold works best for me, it goes really easily.
So far no leaks, no smells no troubles 🙂
If you have a question and mail the customers service they answer really quickly.
And yes it is a bit expensive, but cheaper than buying tampons or pads for 10(!) years.

+ PROS: No more pads or tampons No more leaks No more smells Easy to insert Great customers service Price (compared with 10 years of pads/tampons)
    - CONS: No cons so far :)
