Overall Impression: The small and large is suitable for those with a medium to high cervix. They are the same length, which most would consider a longer cup. The difference is in the diameter between the two sizes. Very nicely made cup that has minimal raised areas for those that are sensitive. The secondary rim is set higher on the body which helps this cup to open easily.
