Overall Impression: The SheCup comes in two versions, "C" and "L". Both cups have the same body measurements. The difference between the two is the "C" version has a short "knob" stem, and the "L" version has an 11mm stem. The company suggests the "L" version for beginners. Since this cup is a standard V shape, it would be more comfortable for someone with a medium to high cervix. Because the air holes are placed below the secondary rim, you may leak sooner than expected.

- Secondary Rim: A medium wide band of thicker silicone located under the upper rim.

- Air Holes: Four medium holes
- Stem: Short dome "knob" (5mm longer than the "C" model) with two grip rings
- Seams: This single seam can be found on the side of the rim.
- Markings: "www.shecup.com" and measuring lines and numbers in ml are on the inside of the cup.
