I really love this cup! I have a high cervix and because of the ladder stem, I can use this cup without any problems removing. The ladder stem makes removal SO easy and the stem is so comfortable! I literally can’t feel it at all. The cup itself is also very comfortable and has a great capacity (I use the Merula OS). After 12 hours I only fill half of this cup on my heaviest day. The first time I used this cup I did have a little trouble getting it to pop open, but after watching some youtube videos I found a technique that worked for me and works every time now. I insert the cup with the cup with the punch-down fold facing up (towards my belly button) and I push the cup as high as I can then I pull on the ladder stem to bring the cup down. Once the fold hits my pubic bone, the cup usually pops right open. I work out 5 days a week and this cup holds up well at the gym. I have never experienced any leaking with this cup and don’t use any backup anymore. This cup works for a ride variety of woman. People with a low cervix can wear this cup successfully because of the short body, and those with a high cervix (like myself) and use this cup because of the longer ladder stem. I would suggest this cup if you have a heavier flow and need a higher capacity and if you have tried other traditional cups and found them to be uncomfortable! The colors are so pretty too! I purchased two because I just couldn’t decide what color I wanted,I justified it by having a purse cup and a home cup. =]
