I used to love this brand. I had a size M cup which I lost and I loved that cup. I decided to order two new cups directly from the Luv Ur Body website. I am so disappointed! The two cups I received were both defected because of air bubbles in the material which made the walls super thin. I would never wear them because it looks like they could break super easily in those spots. I contacted customer service and they were beyond rude and told me they knew that there was nothing wrong with the cups and that they were not defected without even seeing a photo of them. I told them they have a crappy customer service and that I wanted a replacement. Their reply: “If we had a “crappy” attitude, we would not even bother to respond to you so fast and in so many responses. Some companies would take days to even respond once.” After 10 or so e-mails they told me that I would get a refund (not of the shipping) if I mailed them a photo as evidence that I had destroyed the cups. All I wanted was a replacement cup. Now I have to find another brand because I NEVER want anything to do with this company again! I would strongly advice to avoid this company.
I have a pretty high cervix and my period is normally darn heavy. That’s why I decided to try this cup. AND finally a cup that doesn’t get lost up there when my cervix is high! It’s very soft, but opens correctly every time. easy to get in and out, comfy to wear all day (and while riding horses), and it’s capacity is mind blowing.
I should have listened to the other negative review on here. It has been over 5 weeks and I have not received my order. Customer service was entirely unhelpful and offered no solution except for to go to wait patiently even though the tracking had reported no activity for over a month. After waiting an additional 2 weeks, I contacted them again and was told to go to the post office to ask for them to track it and that it was not their responsibility. Excuse me, but yes, making sure that your product is shipped and delivered IS your responsibility. I’ve never encountered customer service quite as bad as this. I encourage you to buy from ANYONE else.
This cup is comfortable, and very soft. It’s along the same lines of softness as meluna soft and si bell.
The drawbacks are it’s a bit hard to open, and those raised flowers on the cup the company claims are “barely there”, really aren’t so barely there. It made insertion a tad more difficult for me. The seams are also unnecessarily prominent.
However, once you can manage to get it in and open, it’s probably the most comfortable cup by far.
I would love to review this item – However i have been waiting over 5 weeks to receive it into Canada…. and all I am getting told from customer service is ‘it’s your own fault and out of our control.’ Very rude passive aggressive customer service
Be warned…. ladies, might be a great product… but first you need to get it to even try it out.
It’s my first cup, the green flowered medium cup, I totally love it when compared to my other cups especially during the first two days of my period.it holds alot and I get at least some hours of total peace of mind. My only problem is that my cervix is low and it’s a bit too long for me, so hurts my insides, I wish they could make a shorter version of this cup so it would be really comfortable.
I have been using this for nearly two years now. It is a great cup. I have had several leakages with it and it is hard to insert and pop open, but has been a life saver. My favourite so far
I bought the Luv ur body cup size large. I know it says it’s only for women who have had a child, but my period is heavy and i was fed up with other cups that i had to keep emptying every few hours. So i took a chance and bought it. It’s amazing I am so happy with it. Best of all no leeks and no worries about it overflowing. Great suction and easy to get in and out. It’s so comfortable I forget it is inside me. Best cup ever! Finally after trying 3 different cups i have found the one that suits me.
This cup has saved me. It holds a ton and since I bleed like a stuck pig for about 36 hours on my cycle, enough to make me anemic, I need a high capacity cup. I have the medium cup because I have a higher cervix and I get sore so I can’t use a really wide cup. With other cups I have to cut the stems because they irritate and I can feel them all the time, but this stem doesn’t bother me and I haven’t cut it off. It is my Goldilocks cup! I have a Diva 2, a Super Jennie, and a Lunette 2 which don’t get much use now.
I have just started using the Luv ur body cup in large and I must say this cup is truely amazing. It is extremely comfortable, no leaks ( even though it’s my first time using a Menstral cup).

I have been using Menstrual cups for about a year. The Luv Ur Body is my Goldilocks. I have a very heavy flow, and a very high cervix. This caters to both of those issues. I also have weak pelvic floor muscles, so the softness of this cup puts no pressure on my bladder which is something I’ve been struggling with. I have the small and large. I have used both, and love them both. I used the large before I got my IUD and I use the small mostly now.
