Absolutely life changing, I want to recommend this to every menstruating woman I know, and even those I don’t know.
Lena Cup’s website and instructional materials are easy to follow and make the entire process simpler. It is easy to insert and remove, comfortable to wear, and truly does not need to be emptied earlier than 12 hours, though Lena Cup recommends emptying every 4 hours when first using to figure out how long it takes for you to fill the cup.
If you don’t relax as the instructions state the cup can be difficult to remove because of the firmness of the silicone and the strength of the suction formed with the walls of the vagina.

A very good cup. I got it and noticed how pliant it was and figured I would have to do some manuveuring just to get it popped open. Imagine my surprise when I went thru the motions of trying to pop it open, only to have it just pop right on open with no effort on my part. Didn’t feel it at all, except for the stem, which I cut off.

Size 1 is great for small girls/women and low/medium cervixes. Made of great, soft to the touch silicone, which is not too soft or firm to bend, and it has great grip rings. Excellent price and customer service. Easy to insert and remove, and little to no leaks. Not paid for this review, just sharing my experince.

I love the idea of this product. The design, the vegetable dyes and recyclability of it, designs aspects, and the ladies who have collaborated to make it happen. However, it isn’t for me. Here’s why. I first bought the size 2, as it is marketed for a heavier flow. I could not get the confounded thing inside of me. I’ve used other cups. I’m familiar with the techniques and folding styles. I found this cup difficult to fold and that it was impossible to get into place. Shortly after receiving the item (very fast shipping) and realizing this, I received an email from their customer support asking whether I liked it and if not why. If that’s not the best customer service for a new product, I don’t know what is. I was SHOCKED by how helpful they were! I explained that I didn’t find this to be the right cup for me, so they sent me the size 1 free of charge to see if I liked it better! The size 1 fits and opens up but only after I’ve covered it in coconut oil and worked to get it in place. The lily cup and Sckoon are so much easier for me to insert. This cup seems to be the goldilocks cup for many people. While it isn’t that for me, I have a lot of respect for their brand, design, and interaction with customers.

Lena is the 8th cup I tried and the last one I felt I had to have. It’s middle of the road firmness allows for the cup to open easily without feeling like a hard mass inserted into my body.

The bell shape is gentle and gradual so it fits naturally into my body and is incredibly comfortably. I love the stem on both the Large and Small cups. They’re easy to hold on to and don’t cause irritation. The rim is gentle as well so I can’t even feel it when it’s inserted, unlike many of my other cups. The storage bags are also great. Lena has a variety of cup bag designs and they’re all so beautiful and very well made.

The customer service is absolutely top notch! They followed up with me after my purchase and were very helpful in choosing a size. They are always so friendly and knowledgable. It’s clear that they care about their customers, which is quite refreshing in this day and age.
